Lucky today, but I'll take it.  Starting with "ADIEU" again.  The problem with "ADIEU" is that very few words start with "A".  Very few end in "EU" or "U".  Even the "I" in the middle  is not great.

Guess #1:  ADIEU

• "I" is still out of place
  
• "C" is out of place
  
• "H" is out of place
